The primary difference between the circular four-roll bending machine and the diagonal four-roll bending machine lies in the movement of the edge rolls. The edge rolls of the circular four-roll bending machine move in a planetary pendulum motion, propelled by a hydraulic cylinder and lever mechanism. In contrast, the diagonal four-roll edge rolls move in a linear reciprocating motion within a linear guide rail, driven by a hydraulic cylinder.
We generally recommend the following:
When T is less than or equal to 30mm, we recommend using the arc-type four-roller; for T between 30mm and 60mm, both arc-type and slant-line four-rollers are suitable; and for T greater than or equal to 60mm, the slant-line four-roller is recommended.
