Bosch Enterprises continuously generates a substantial amount of aluminum and iron shavings containing cutting fluid or oil during daily production. The workshop is faced with the dual burden of stringent environmental handling and disposal costs, urgently requiring a customized solution to address this challenge.

Part Three: Customer Pain Points
Equipment failures have been occurring frequently with the existing systems.
The existing processing equipment in the workshop has extremely poor stability, with frequent recurring malfunctions and downtime for maintenance becoming the norm. Each time the equipment is shut down, it leads to a large accumulation of metal waste, which cannot be handled in a timely and compliant manner.
2. High cost of hazardous waste disposal
Due to equipment failure, waste material has accumulated and coolant/liquid cannot be effectively separated. These metal shavings, which could have been recycled, are now only treated as hazardous waste, resulting in a severe waste of valuable metal resources and significantly increasing disposal costs.

The treatment of iron shavings, aluminum shavings, and cutting oils/liquids has consistently failed to meet environmental protection standards, resulting in multiple failures in environmental inspections for the company and the risk of having normal operations halted at any time.

Tailored layout, site-specific adaptation
Bosch's workshop space is limited, posing a significant challenge to equipment layout. To address this, the NPI team engaged in dozens of in-depth communications with Bosch's relevant personnel, conducted multiple on-site inspections, and optimized the layout plan repeatedly by combining material characteristics, processing requirements, and the actual site conditions. Ultimately, they achieved a compact and intelligent arrangement of the entire equipment set.

2. Full-process handling, covering all requirements
In response to Bosch's痛点 in waste treatment, NPI has tailor-made a one-stop metal chip crushing and de-oiling treatment line with "Conveyor + MSA-F600 Single-Axis Crusher + Conveyor + ED-400 De-oiling Machine + Overall Chip Liquid Recycling Unit," forming a full-closed-loop treatment process of "Conveying - Crushing - De-oiling - Waste Liquid Recycling."
·Automated feeding of the hoist, reducing manual intervention, and enhancing feeding efficiency.

·The MSA-F600 single-axis shredder precisely achieves uniform particle size reduction, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent degreasing process.
