ZC Rail Transit Vehicle Co., Ltd. is an affiliated state-owned enterprise under China CRRC, specializing in the manufacturing and complementary services of urban rail transit equipment. Leveraging the technical and resource accumulation in the rail transit field from its shareholders, Nanchang and Qishuyan CRRC, it focuses on meeting the regional demands for rail transit equipment and complements the industrial ecosystem of rail transit equipment in the Yangtze River Delta region by concentrating on specialized domain services.
As a benchmark in the rail transit industry, the company generates a substantial amount of aluminum屑 waste during its daily production. This aluminum屑 and aluminum shavings not only occupy storage space but also pose issues like liquid leakage and low recycling efficiency, necessitating a customized solution to address these challenges.

Part III: Customer Needs
Equipment Main Requirements:
High-efficiency Processing Capability: Meets the production line demand of 227 kg/h, based on a calculation of 400 tons per year, 220 working days, and an 8-hour workday, ensuring the production line meets the company's production capacity requirements.
2. Environmental Standards: Equipment must meet both national and local environmental protection regulations to ensure no secondary pollution is generated during the processing. Therefore, the company has set high requirements for the environmental performance of the equipment.
3. Automation and Intelligence: The company aims to enhance production efficiency by introducing automated equipment, while ensuring that the equipment is equipped with intelligent monitoring and fault warning functions to guarantee long-term stable operation.

Part IV: Solutions
Based on the material characteristics and production capacity requirements of our clients, NPI has designed an automated production line consisting of a conveyor, MSA-F600 single-axis crushing machine, centralized feeding hopper, BM-D1090 double-belt biscuit press, and waste liquid collection box. From equipment selection to process design, we ensure a precise match throughout, while also providing a waste liquid recovery system to prevent leakage and contamination, ensuring a clean workshop environment.
The MSA-F600 Single-Axis Crusher is designed for irregularly shaped, large pieces of aluminum shavings. It tears the shavings into uniform granules through high-speed rotating blades, facilitating the subsequent briquetting process.
2. BM-D1090 Double Out Cake Press: This machine is capable of simultaneously pressing two high-density aluminum cakes, with a production rate of approximately 5-6 cakes per minute. The cake diameter is 90mm, meeting customers' higher output requirements and cake size specifications.
3. Conveyor + Centralized Material Supply Storage: Achieves continuous material transfer, timed and quantified discharge to prevent blockage, compatible with the rhythm of automated production.
4. Waste Collection Box: Simple filtration of chip liquid/oil with a secondary filter design, for the recycling of chip liquids. Automatic liquid extraction upon reaching the liquid level marking.

The project achieved multiple value breakthroughs through the implementation of a fully automated chip pressing treatment solution:
1. Efficiency Gains
The introduction of the BM-D1090 double-output biscuit press has improved processing efficiency to 300 Kg/h, precisely matching the annual production capacity of 400 tons for medium-sized vehicles. The volume compression of the aluminum chips into biscuit shapes exceeds 80%, and the recycling price has increased by about 10%-30%. Additionally, the equipment supports continuous 24-hour operation, providing a solid guarantee for stable production for the enterprise.
2. Resource Efficiency
Shredded aluminum, after being crushed and pelletized, significantly enhances the recovery rate of recycled water, maximizing the recycling and utilization of aluminum shavings, reducing resource waste, and achieving the circular use of waste metal resources. Additionally, it effectively reduces the generation of black smoke and the risk of explosions during the melting process.
3. Economic Returns
The introduction of automated equipment has significantly boosted the efficiency of aluminum chip processing, reduced manual operations, and lowered labor costs. The use of briquetted aluminum material can notably cut down on transportation, storage, and melting energy and cost savings, decrease metal oxidation and burn loss, and minimize safety and environmental risks. Simultaneously, it enhances the added value and bargaining power of aluminum, achieving a comprehensive economic benefit of cost reduction, efficiency improvement, value addition, and risk control.
