Part Two: Project Background
Chengdu ALD Aeronautical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a publicly listed company specializing in the precision manufacturing of aircraft, civil aircraft components, aviation engine parts, and large aerospace structural components. During the production process, the company generates a substantial amount of aluminum shavings, mixed with cutting fluids, which can contaminate the workshop environment. Improper storage can lead to soil and water pollution, impacting environmental safety.
Therefore, the company requires an aluminum chip processing unit to address the issue of oil-contaminated aluminum chip pollution and enhance the workshop environment.

Part Three: Customer Needs
Equipment Requirements: 1. Aluminum chip processing capacity ≥ 75kg per hour, with a cake diameter φ120mm or less, and individual weight not exceeding 3kg; 2. Capable of automatically crushing both granular and shavings-like aluminum chips; 3. For parts with potential leakage risks, suppliers must install water and oil collection devices, and prohibit cutting media, lubricants, and other greases from flowing onto the ground; 4. Aluminum chip processing should be automated, requiring only 1-2 personnel for the配套 production line, reducing labor costs; 5. Design a reasonable layout scheme based on the workshop area.

Part IV: Solutions
After multiple communications and on-site inspections with the client, we understood their objectives and recommended the complete aluminum chip processing solution, which includes an automatic feeding hoist, MSA-F600 crushing machine, two chain plate conveyors, a centralized feeding storage bin, BM-1090 briquetting machine, and屑液 purification collection box.
Firstly, a customized layout scheme for the site resolved the issue of space limitations; the production line is equipped with an automatic loader and storage for materials, capable of automatically handling aluminum shavings in a timed and quantified manner, achieving full automation from material feeding to briquetting. It is also paired with a single-axis crusher to address the issue of clumped and shredded aluminum shavings in waste materials. The entire processing line is designed with an integrated seal, complemented by four liquid collection devices, ensuring that there is no leakage of waste liquids or aluminum shavings during the production process. The oil content of the briquettes is below 5%, and they do not leak when left undisturbed, guaranteeing a clean production environment and passing environmental inspections.

After being compressed, the aluminum shavings have a compression ratio of 10:1, saving 90% of the workshop's floor space, while also facilitating storage and recycling transportation for the factory.
2. Environmental Benefits
The aluminum chips, after compression, expel the emulsion. The cake has an oil content below 5% and remains drip-free when stationary. Additionally, the emulsion is collected centrally, thereby beautifying the workshop environment.
3. Economic Returns
Shredded aluminum baling is recycled, with the recycling price increased by approximately 3,000 yuan per ton (specific prices vary by time and region), and a 80% reduction in annual transportation costs.
