Part Two: Project Background
BS Automotive Parts (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. is the second production base of Bosch for chassis control systems in China, primarily engaged in the research, assembly, manufacturing, and sales of automotive engines and their components. During the manufacturing process of the components, a significant accumulation of aluminum shavings was generated, resulting in environmental pollution.
Therefore, the company requires an aluminum chip processing unit to address the accumulation and pollution of oil-containing aluminum chips, and to beautify the workshop environment.

Part Three: Customer Needs
Equipment Main Requirements: 1. Aluminum chip processing capacity ≥ 80kg per hour, reducing the occupied area for chip storage for easier stacking and transportation; 2. Separate emulsified liquid from aluminum chips and collect it centrally; 3. For areas with potential leakage risks, suppliers must install water and oil connection devices, and prohibit cutting fluids, lubricants, and other greases from flowing onto the ground; 4. Aluminum chip processing should be automated, allowing the supporting production line to be operated by just 1-2 people, thus reducing labor costs; 5. Design a reasonable layout plan based on the workshop area.

Part IV: Solutions
After multiple communications with the client and on-site surveys, we understood the client's objectives and recommended a complete aluminum屑 processing solution, which includes a material feeding hoist, BM-1090 press cake machine, two chain plate conveyors, a centralized feeding silo, and a chip liquid purification and collection box.
Firstly, a customized layout scheme for the site resolved the issue of space limitations; the production line is equipped with an automatic feeding machine and storage for materials, capable of automatically handling aluminum chips in a timed and quantified manner, achieving full automation from feeding to patty pressing. The entire processing line features an integrated sealed design and is accompanied by four liquid collection devices, ensuring that there is no leakage of waste liquids or aluminum chips during the production process; the patty oil content is below 5%, with no dripping upon standing, guaranteeing a clean production environment and passing environmental inspection.

Shredded aluminum, when compressed, expels emulsified liquid, with the cake containing less than 5% oil content, and remains drip-free upon standing. Additionally, the emulsified liquid is collected centrally, yielding 15% of waste liquid per 1000KG, thereby beautifying the workshop environment.
Economic Returns
Recycled aluminum屑 cakes now fetch a price increase of approximately 3,000 yuan per ton (actual prices vary by time and region), with an 80% reduction in annual transportation costs; also, a decrease of four personnel costs, saving 280,000 yuan annually.
