    Recently, the UK solid waste management expert ENERPAT has successfully tailored a highly efficient high-temperature alloy chip recycling solution for a leading domestic specialty alloy manufacturer. This has completely resolved the long-standing challenge of compressing high-temperature alloy chips faced by the customer, marking a new milestone in the cooperation between the two parties in the field of solid waste resource utilization.

    The company, located in Xinyu, Jiangxi, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of nickel-based alloys, high-temperature alloys, and other special alloys. The company utilizes recycled high-temperature alloy steel shavings as raw materials by remelting them. The existing briquetting machine encountered issues such as loosely compacted briquettes and high oil content when processing these shavings, which directly led to a high oxidation rate in the remelting process. This not only increased production costs but also affected product quality. Additionally, the high oil content in the shavings posed safety risks during the remelting process, such as spatter and explosions within the furnace. The harmful gases and dust emitted also had a negative impact on the environment.

    In response to the company's requirements for material conditions (long shavings, clumps of stainless steel shavings) and high production volume (10t/12h), Nipper has meticulously customized a fully automated processing line. This line integrates a feeding hoist, MSA-F800 single-axis crusher, conveyor, ED-600 deoiling machine, centralized feed storage, BM-5012 horizontal briquetting press, and waste liquid collection box. Not only does this line optimize the processing process, but it also incorporates technological innovations on key equipment to ensure thorough and efficient treatment of high-temperature alloy shavings.

    BM-5012 Horizontal Pancake PressAs the core of the production line, this cake block boasts exceptional compressive capabilities, ensuring that high-temperature alloy shavings are compacted tightly, with minimal risk of dislodging. This effectively reduces oxidation rates during re-melting, cuts down on material waste, and significantly enhances the quality of high-temperature alloy steel.

    ED-600 Oil ExtractorEfficiently removing residual liquids from high-temperature alloy shavings significantly reduces oil content, mitigating risks of spatter and explosion during the re-melting process. It also minimizes emissions of harmful gases and dust, achieving green production.

    Overall Layout and Specifications:The production line occupies a compact area (length: 8,629mm, width: 6,208mm), with a rational power supply configuration (three-phase 380V, 50Hz, total capacity: 119.3kW, operating power: approximately 95.44kW), ensuring efficient operation and energy consumption optimization.
