Shenyang SF Civil Industrial Company is a large-scale modern aircraft manufacturing enterprise that focuses on the production of aviation products and integrates scientific research, production, testing, flight trials, and service support. During the production and processing of mechanical and aviation parts, the company generates a substantial amount of waste metal shavings, including iron, aluminum, and titanium, of varying lengths, which take up a lot of space and are difficult to store.

Therefore, the factory is considering purchasing a metal chip baling machine for standardized processing.

Section 3: Customer Needs

Equipment Main Requirements: 1. Reduce the occupied area of屑 in the factory workshop; 2. Collect cutting fluids from the debris to avoid residual waste; 3. Recommend suitable equipment and plan a reasonable layout based on the workshop layout and material conditions.

After multiple communications and on-site surveys with the client, we have recommended the following design plan:

We recommended the 160-ton pressure AMB-L1612-160 door-type briquetting press.

Equipped with an automatic flip feeding device and block conveyor, the system operates fully automatically from feeding to block pressing.

4. Based on the layout diagram of the customer's factory workshop, we have communicated multiple times to design a reasonable equipment layout plan.
