Part Two: Project Background

JDN Aviation (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. is Gardner Aviation's 11th factory worldwide, specializing in the design and manufacturing of aircraft wing components and aviation engine parts. During the processing and manufacturing of aviation engine parts, customers generate a significant amount of granular aluminum alloy chips, which, when cut, leave behind cutting oil. This leads to environmental issues in the workshop and makes it difficult to pass environmental inspections.

Therefore, the company urgently needs an aluminum alloy chip recycling unit to meet environmental protection and workshop environmental requirements.

Part Three: Customer Needs

Equipment Requirements: 1. Minimize the floor space occupied by aluminum alloy chips in the factory workshop; 2. Collect cutting oil to prevent residue, meeting environmental protection requirements; 3. Use branded components for parts to ensure efficient equipment operation; 4. Equip the production line with an underground conveyor system for material feeding; 5. Achieve automation in the processing of aluminum alloy chips, with only 1-2 people needed on the配套 production line, reducing labor costs.

Part IV: Solutions

After several communications and on-site inspections with the client, we recommended the following design plan:

The AMB-H1075-250 fully automatic hopper press briquetter with a pressure of 250 tons.

2. Based on the on-site conditions, a design for an underground pit feeding conveyance system was implemented.

3. Installed an overall cutting fluid recovery system.

4. Based on the layout diagram of the customer's factory workshop, we have communicated multiple times to design a reasonable equipment layout plan.
