Part Two: Project Background

The company's products primarily serve major domestic automobile manufacturers and significant rail transit infrastructure construction projects. The company's core project at present is the newly constructed annual 200,000-ton precision casting project, which is also a key project in Shanxi Province. It aims to lead the development of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Xianfen Economic and Technological Development Zone.

The company, as a metal processing enterprise, generates a large amount of cast iron (steel) shavings during the production process. These metal shavings, if not treated, not only take up substantial storage space but also pose environmental pollution. In response to national environmental protection policies and to enhance resource utilization, the decision has been made to introduce the Enpat BM-6320 Iron Shavings Compactor to achieve the resourceful utilization of metal shavings.

Equipment Main Requirements:

1. High-Efficiency Processing Capability: We require equipment capable of efficiently handling metal shavings to ensure the production line operates continuously and stably, meeting the company's growing production demands.

2. Environmental Standards: Equipment must meet both national and local environmental protection standards to ensure no secondary pollution is produced during the processing. Therefore, the company has set higher requirements for the environmental performance of the equipment.

3. Automation and Intelligence: The company aims to enhance production efficiency through the introduction of automated equipment, while ensuring that the devices are equipped with intelligent monitoring and fault warning functions to guarantee stable operation.

Part IV: Solutions

After multiple communications and on-site inspections with the client, we recommended a customized solution consisting of an upper feeding hoist, a centralized feeding silo, a BM-6320 iron chip briquette press, and a waste liquid collection box.

The material lifting machine: transports metal shavings to the briquetting machine without any drips or leaks.

2. BM-6320 Press Machine: Designed for high-volume customer needs, the machine boasts a compression force of 630 tons and can produce up to 5 tons per hour, meeting the urgent demands of large-scale production.

3. Waste Fluid Collection Box: Features a simple filtration system for chips and oil, with a secondary filter mesh design for chip liquid recovery. Once the chip liquid reaches the level indicator, it automatically extracts the liquid.
