Jiangxi BSC Special Alloy Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a medium-sized metal processing and solid waste recycling and treatment enterprise, primarily serving the manufacturing and metal processing industries in Jiangxi Province and surrounding areas. The company specializes in recycling corrosion-resistant alloys, precision alloys, and other high-temperature alloy chips, which are then remelted to produce special alloy ingots, bars, and sheets for use as raw materials.
The company's current briquetting machine is not compacting properly, resulting in high oil content, which leads to a high rate of re-smelting oxidation, increased losses, and the generation of harmful gases, polluting the environment. With increasingly stringent environmental protection policies, the company must ensure that its metal shavings processing meets both national and local environmental standards to avoid secondary pollution.

Part Three: Customer Requirements
Equipment Main Requirements:
1. High-Efficiency Processing Capability: To meet the client's production requirement of 10 tons per 12 hours, we require a system capable of efficiently processing high-temperature alloy steel chips. This ensures the production line operates continuously and stably, catering to the company's growing production demands.
2. Environmental Requirements: Equipment must comply with both national and local environmental standards to ensure no secondary pollution is generated during the processing. Particularly, cutting oil produced during the conveying and crushing process must be properly disposed of.
3. Automation and Intelligence: The company aims to enhance production efficiency through the introduction of automated equipment, while ensuring that the equipment is equipped with intelligent monitoring and fault warning functions to ensure the stable operation of the production line.

Part IV: Solutions
After multiple communications and on-site surveys with the client, we recommended a customized solution including an upstream feeding conveyor, MSA-F800 single-axis crusher, ED-600 oil separator, centralized feeding silo, BM-5012 briquetting machine, and waste liquid collection box.
The MSA-F800 Single-Axis Crushing Machine: Designed to crush granular/strand-like high-temperature alloy steel shavings for easy subsequent briquetting processing. The client's production requirement is 10t/12h, so we recommended this 800 model to them. The screen size is set at 40mm, with a maximum hourly output of 1.6t, which meets the client's production needs.
2. Oil Extractor: Due to the cutting fluid present in the high-temperature alloy steel shavings from our customers, we have equipped our facility with an oil extractor. This machine is capable of removing and drying the waste shavings, effectively separating the attached cutting fluid. It boasts several advantages, such as large single-feed capacity, clean discharged shavings, and complete solid-liquid separation, with an oil extraction rate as high as 98% or more.
3. BM-5012 Pressing Machine: The 5012 model pressing machine is specifically designed for high-temperature alloy chips. It exerts a pressure of 500t, capable of compressing high-temperature alloy steel chips into dense round cakes. The maximum output is 500kg per hour, with a cake diameter of 120mm.
4. Waste Liquid Collection Box: Simple filtration for chip liquid/oil, featuring a secondary filter mesh design for chip liquid recovery. Once the chip liquid reaches the liquid level marker, it is automatically pumped out.

Environmental Benefits
By introducing a metal chip crushing, de-oiling, and briquetting production line, the company is able to effectively handle large accumulations of high-temperature alloy steel chips, preventing the leakage of cutting oil from causing environmental pollution. Particularly, the introduction of the de-oiling equipment effectively removes cutting oil from the metal chips.

High-temperature alloy steel shavings, after being processed through crushing, deoiling, and briquetting, achieve the recycling of waste metal resources, reducing the mining and consumption of primary metals.
