1. After the flat ground construction is completed, it requires 7-10 days of maintenance before it can be put into use. During the maintenance period, it should be avoided to let water or other solutions seep into the surface.

Employees entering the workshop must wear shoes with non-slip soles (not foam-bottomed black shoes) to prevent bringing in outside mud and sand that could scratch the floor.

All hardware, such as iron chairs, iron tables, and iron shelves, must have their legs wrapped with soft plastic, rubber, or padded with cardboard to prevent scratches during use.

4. Ensure that the machine plate is fully elevated from the ground when lifting the drawbar. Pay special attention to avoid scraping the ground with the plate corners during turns.

5. When cleaning the floor, please use a soft, absorbent mop or a wet-dry vacuum. They can be cleaned with plain water or detergent, but be cautious of the slippery surface.

6. If wear or scratching occurs due to prolonged use, minor areas can be patched up locally. For larger areas, it's recommended to repaint the surface once again.

7. Prior to the equipment's arrival, lay cardboard boxes on the ground level to protect the surface from scratches during transportation.

Please use hard or elastic rubber wheels for the carts and handtrucks, and separate their use indoors and outdoors in the factory.

Construction Techniques

1. Surface Treatment: Sand off loose layers, delaminations, and cement residues to achieve a hard, smooth surface, and enhance the adhesion between the floor coating and the ground.

2. Prime Coat Application: Once the epoxy sealant primer is mixed, apply it by rolling, scraping, or brushing to ensure thorough wetting of the concrete and penetration into its inner layers.

3. Middle Coat Application: Thoroughly mix the middle coat material with an appropriate amount of quartz sand, then apply it evenly using a trowel to create a smooth and dense layer of a specified thickness.

4. Surface Patching: Utilize surface coating material mixed with quartz fine powder for patching, filling in the gaps between larger particles of the intermediate coating. After complete curing, sand the surface with a dust-free grinder.Surface with a vacuum cleaner to remove all dust, then sand down to a smooth finish.

5. Surface Coating Application: After mixing the epoxy color paint and hardener evenly, apply it by troweling, brushing, rolling, or spraying to achieve a smooth and even finish.Layer
