Whether it's domestic material or imported brands, the resin must ensure enough rigidity after curing, meaning the hardness of the resin after curing for 8 hours at room temperature (25℃) must be sufficient, of course, not unsaturated fiberglass resin.

The resin for colored sand mortar and the weather-resistant, yellow-stain-resistant transparent coating are excellent! Even if the overall color gradually changes to yellow, it is acceptable. This ensures that the self-leveling colored sand flooring paint maintains a very good surface effect after being used for a period of time.

When selecting resins, opt for solvent-free, high-solid-content varieties. Additionally, choose a hardener that matches the resin and reacts completely, ensuring a superior curing effect for the self-leveling colored sand floor paint.

If the epoxy resin chosen is solvent-based and does not fully react with the hardener components, it will not achieve the desired hardening effect. This results in the colored sand mortar layer being soft, which can easily lead to surface peeling when transport vehicles make sharp turns. Moreover, incomplete curing reactions, along with solvents that remain trapped within the colored sand layer and cannot volatilize or volatilize evenly, can cause the self-leveling colored sand flooring paint to be uneven, affecting the aesthetic appearance of the flooring.
