The SDYW30 Linear Push Rod CNC Bending Hydraulic Busbar Processing Machine is an independently developed and manufactured punch cutting center accessory for bending, ideally suited for enterprises with high production volumes and substantial busbar material cutting workloads.
1. Features flat bending, vertical bending, and small web short edge bending. Also, it can be numerically controlled for fixed length.
2. The bending station operates on a straight-line bending principle, controlled by a Panasonic PLC, a Weilin touch screen, and a high-precision linear encoder. Customers select the appropriate mold based on different busbars for bending, with a bending accuracy of ±0.5°. Repeated accuracy is ±0.2°. The vertical bending and short-side flat bending utilize linear encoder linear displacement control.
3. The equipment features an advanced calculation system that can determine the material length after unfolding the busbar based on the bending angle of multiple bends. It can calculate the bending angle using the length and height parameters of each bend, or deduce the height using the length and angle. After calculating the unfolded length, it can quickly bend out the required parts with the assistance of servo fixed-length control. The position error at both ends does not exceed 1mm.
