U-shaped screw conveyor

Screw conveyors have become one of the key equipment in the entire production process. They feature excellent structure, good adaptability, low resistance, long lifespan, easy maintenance, and a variety of protective devices.

Prior to the operation of the screw conveyor, ensure the equipment, personnel, and items to be conveyed are in perfect condition; next, check that all moving parts are normal without any foreign objects, and verify that all electrical circuits are functioning properly before starting the belt conveyor. The voltage difference between the supply voltage and the rated voltage of the equipment should not exceed ±5%.

Screw conveyors require materials to be in a powdered, granular, or small piece form, such as cement, coal powder, grain, fertilizer, slag, sand, etc. The material temperature must not exceed 200°C. Spiral conveyors are not suitable for materials that are prone to spoilage, have high viscosity, or are prone to caking. This is because these materials can adhere to a spiral and rotate without moving forward, or form blockages at the suspension bearing, causing the spiral conveyor to malfunction. The working environment for the spiral conveyor should be between -20°C and 50°C, allowing for slight inclination, with an angle not exceeding 20%.
