Tubular Spiral Conveyor

Tubular screw conveyors, commonly known as augers, are also referred to as shaftless screw conveyors, which are devices that transport materials by the rotation of a spiral without a central shaft. Tubular screw conveyors can handle materials that traditional shafted auger conveyors and belt conveyors cannot or are difficult to convey, such as granular and powdered materials, wet and paste-like materials, semi-liquids and sticky materials, materials that are prone to entanglement and clogging, and materials that require special hygiene standards for shaftless screw conveyors.

A widely used conveying equipment in industries such as chemicals, building materials, grain and oil, feed, food, metallurgy, mining, and plastics. It is suitable for horizontal, inclined, and vertical conveying of granular or powdered materials. The spiral conveyor features simple structure, low manufacturing cost, strong sealing, ease of operation, and the ability to install or remove at multiple points without moving the drive unit. It allows for bearing lubrication without removing the cover plate, has good structural rigidity, long lifespan, high adaptability, and easy installation and maintenance. The conveying distance ranges from 2 to 70 meters, with specifications available from 120 to 600 models. GL tube-type spiral conveyors are made of carbon steel and stainless steel. Shaftless spiral conveyors and custom-sized spiral conveyors are also available upon customer request.
