Screw conveyors have become one of the key equipment in the entire production process. They feature excellent structure, good adaptability, low resistance, long lifespan, easy maintenance, and a variety of protective devices.

Prior to the operation of the screw conveyor, ensure that the equipment, personnel, and items to be conveyed are all in good condition. Next, check that all moving parts are functioning normally and free of foreign objects, and verify that all electrical circuits are in order before the belt conveyor can be put into operation. The voltage supplied should not deviate from the rated voltage of the equipment by more than ±5%.

Screw conveyors have specific requirements for the materials they transport, including powdery, granular, and small piece-like materials such as cement, coal powder, grains, fertilizers, slag, sand, etc. The material temperature must not exceed 200°C. Spiral conveyors are not suitable for materials that are prone to spoilage, have high viscosity, or are prone to caking. This is because these materials tend to stick to the screw and rotate without moving forward, or they can cause blockages at the suspension bearing, rendering the spiral conveyor inoperable. The working environment for the spiral conveyor should be between -20°C and 50°C, allowing for slight inclination, with the inclination angle not exceeding 20%.
