Single-axis screw conveyor

Screw conveyors have become one of the key equipment in the entire production process. They feature excellent structure, good adaptability, low resistance, long service life, easy maintenance, and a variety of protective devices.

Before the screw conveyor operates, ensure the equipment, personnel, and items to be conveyed are in good condition; then check that all moving parts are normal and free of foreign objects. Verify that all electrical circuits are functioning properly before putting the belt conveyor into operation. The difference between the supply voltage and the rated voltage of the equipment should not exceed ±5%.

Screw conveyors require materials to be in powdered, granular, or small chunk form, such as cement, coal powder, grain, fertilizer, slag, sand, etc. The material temperature must not exceed 200°C. Spiral conveyors are not suitable for materials that are prone to spoilage, highly adhesive, or tend to agglomerate. This is because these materials can stick to a spiral, rotate without moving forward, or cause blockages in the suspension bearing, rendering the spiral conveyor inoperable. The working environment for the spiral conveyor should be between -20°C and 50°C, allowing for a slight incline, with an angle not exceeding 20%. The auger conveyor, also known as the screw conveyor, is a type of mining conveying equipment.
