Application Range:

Construction Techniques:

1. Surface Preparation: Grinding, cleaning, and sanitizing concrete floors; cracks are opened with a saw cutting machine.

2. Primer Application: Mix the water-based primer according to the ratio and apply it evenly with a roller on the floor, ensuring complete saturation.

3. Middle Coat Application: Mix the water-based middle coat according to the ratio, then add twice the total amount of water and stir well. Next, add sand and aggregate to the mixed liquid at twice the volume and stir until well blended. Finally, apply the mixture to the floor with a trowel.

4. Post-coating sanding: Perform sanding work. Use a sanding machine for sanding; do not use a diamond wheel, as it may cause excessive sanding marks on the floor.

5. Surface Putty Application: After mixing the water-based putty according to the ratio and ensuring it is well blended, apply a coat onto the sanded intermediate coating.

6. Surface Coating Application: After mixing the waterborne polyurethane topcoat according to the ratio and ensuring it is well blended, apply a single coat by rolling it on the ground with a pure flat roller.

7. Coating Application: After mixing the water-based polyurethane topcoat in the specified ratio and ensuring it is well blended, apply a single coat by rolling it onto the floor with a smooth roller.
