Construction Technique
1. Dust-free polishing machine floor sanding and cleaning, removing oil stains and debris.
2. Apply one coat of epoxy primer, ensuring ample coverage; excessive sanding of the surface may increase paint consumption.
3. After full curing, apply solvent-free intermediate mortar layer by scraping, and brush according to the ground condition.
4. After the mortar layer cures, fine sanding is performed, followed by the application of an epoxy putty.
5. Trowel and spread self-leveling flat paint for even coating.
6. After completion of construction, it is safe for occupancy within 24 hours and can bear load after 72 hours.
