Application Range:

Full steel flooring is suitable for environments with high load-bearing and anti-static requirements, such as main server rooms with large servers and cabinets; large, medium, and small computer rooms; communication centers with switches; various electrical control rooms; postal and telecommunication hubs; and military, economic, national security, aviation, aerospace, and traffic command and dispatch centers, as well as information management centers controlled by computers.

Construction Technology:

1. Ensure the site for the installation of elevated flooring is thoroughly cleaned, with a requirement for a flat and dry surface. The ground should be leveled with cement and sand mortar, and the difference in height should be measured to be less than 4 millimeters using a 2-meter level.

2. Stake out and locate on the cleaned ground, with the purpose of determining the position of each bracket.

3. Install the bracket at the designated location, mount the frame, and adjust the overall height of the bracket.

4. Assemble the bracket beam while adjusting the beam horizontally. It is recommended to use a laser level, then tighten the screws to securely fasten the beam.

5. Install raised flooring and trim the edges simultaneously.

6. Install the skirting boards after the floor is laid to protect and beautify the wall edges.

7. Clean the floor surface after construction is completed.
