Application Scope

Construction Process

1. Polished using a 300 grit epoxy resin professional grinder (can be wet-sanded with clean water), revealing a fresh, clean concrete surface. Purpose: To remove existing ground debris, dust, and laitance, and to open up more capillaries in the original ground surface, facilitating deeper and more effective penetration of the concrete sealant.

2. Apply the sealant evenly to the ground after sanding treatment (application rate: 0.4kg-0.5kg per square meter). Keep the ground moist for about 40 minutes to one hour, then wash the entire base with clean water when the surface becomes thick. Remove all standing water and allow it to dry naturally for more than 24 hours. Purpose: To ensure the concrete sealant penetrates and reacts more thoroughly with the ground, timing should be based on the ground's absorption rate.

3. Once the ground is completely dry, proceed with the polishing work. First, use a 500-grit epoxy resin professional grinder for sanding (2-3 passes) to initially polish the entire base surface.

4. Then, use a 1000-grit epoxy resin professional polishing machine for fine grinding (2-3 passes) and polishing the entire base surface.

5. Clean the floor using professional floor cleaning equipment.
