Molecular Distillation (Custom C)

Beijing Kangbaite Technology Co., Ltd. offers laboratory molecular distillation units made of high borosilicate glass 3.3. The evaporation area ranges from 2 to 20 square decimeters, with a vacuum level up to 0.1 Pa and a distillation temperature reaching 300℃ (up to 350℃ for high temperatures). For special materials, we can customize a fully heated evaporator with three independent temperature-controlled compartments: an evaporation area, a reagent discharge area, an internal condenser, and a light component discharge area, to ensure fluidity during the separation process of easily solidifying materials. To meet customer requirements, we can also tailor different structures of film-forming devices, feeding devices, and discharge devices, such as roller/scraper film formation, fully insulated needle valve feeding/gear pump feeding, intermediate receiver with flask discharge/gear pump discharge, and more.
