Film Evaporation

Beijing Kangbaite Technology Co., Ltd. offers film evaporators with the internal condenser moved to the outside to expand the condensing area, enhancing the efficiency of light component removal. Made of high borosilicate glass 3.3 or stainless steel, the evaporation area ranges from 2 to 20 square decimeters. The vacuum level can reach several Pa, and the distillation temperature can reach up to 250°C or 300°C. For special materials, we can customize fully heated evaporators with independent temperature-controlled chambers for the evaporation area and recombination component discharge area to ensure fluidity during the separation process of easily solidifying materials. To meet customer requirements, we can also customize different structures of film-forming devices, feed devices, and discharge devices, such as roller/scraper film formation, fully insulated needle valve feeding/gear pump feeding, intermediate receiver with flask discharge/gear pump discharge, etc.
