Molecular Distillation (Custom B)

Beijing Kangbaite Technology Co., Ltd. offers laboratory molecular distillation units made of high borosilicate glass 3.3. The evaporation area options are 2 dm², 5 dm², 10 dm², and 20 dm². The vacuum level reaches 0.1 Pa, and the distillation temperature can go up to 300℃ (up to 350℃ for high-temperature models). For special materials, we can customize a fully heated evaporator with three independent temperature-controlled compartments: an evaporation area, a reagent discharge area, an internal condenser, and a light component discharge area, to ensure fluidity during the separation process of materials prone to solidification. To meet customer requirements, we can also tailor different structures for film-forming devices, feed devices, and discharge devices, such as roller/scraper film formation, fully insulated needle valves for feeding/gear pump feeding, intermediate receiver with flask discharge/gear pump discharge, etc.
