Molecular Distillation (Custom A)

Beijing Kangbaite Technology Co., Ltd. offers laboratory molecular distillation units made of high borosilicate glass 3.3. Evaporation areas include 2 dm², 5 dm², 10 dm², and 20 dm², with a vacuum level up to 0.1 Pa and a distillation temperature of up to 300℃ (up to 350℃ for high temperatures). For special materials, we can customize a fully heated evaporator with three independent temperature-controlled chambers: evaporation area, reagent discharge area, internal condensation, and light component discharge area, to ensure fluidity during the separation process of materials prone to solidification. To meet customer requirements, we can also customize different membrane formation, feed, and discharge units, such as roller/scraper membrane formation, insulated needle valve feed/gear pump feed, intermediate receiver with flask discharge/gear pump discharge, and more.
