Operating procedures for diesel generator welding machine

4. Operation method:
⑴ Start the diesel engine.
① Hand start: Turn on the fuel switch; Place the speed controller in the "RUN" position; Slowly pull the starting handle until it can no longer be pulled, then slowly release it to retract the starting handle back to its original position; Press the pressure relief handle; Quickly pull the starting handle until it can no longer be pulled, then slowly release it to retract the starting handle back to its original position.
② Electric start: insert the power switch key; Set the speed lever to the "OFF" position; Turn the power key clockwise to the "RUN" position; After starting the diesel engine, release the lever and the power key will automatically turn to the "ON" position.
⑵ Connect the cable, turn on the power, and perform welding operations.
After welding is completed, turn off the diesel engine, organize and wipe related items, and clean the workplace.
5. Precautions:
The welding current should not be too high.
⑵ Do not come into contact with rotating or hot parts of the diesel engine.
Only after confirming that there are no fire hazards can one leave the workplace. ⑷ The battery should be charged regularly and filled with distilled water.
The welding machine should be stored in a dry, dust-free, and non direct sunlight location.
