A specially designed secondary blowing system ensures stable bottle molding quality. The heater uses a four-stage infrared temperature control and a digital automatic pressure and temperature regulation system, which can set the corresponding heating temperature based on different bottle blanks. It features a reasonable structure, small footprint, low energy and gas consumption, and strong stability. The bottle sorting machine is controlled by a PLC with variable frequency speed regulation to ensure synchronous operation of the entire production line. The gear motor is controlled by a Mitsubishi inverter, allowing for variable speed control, depending on the bottle's capacity.
