JBK Frame-type Mixing Mechanism Structure and Working Process:

The JBK frame-type mixer, as shown in the figure, is composed of a mixing shaft, frame-type mixing blades, bearing assembly, base, and driving unit.

When the raw water is mixed with the coagulant or flocculant liquid and flows through the sedimentation tank, it generates a flow cycle under the action of the mixer's effluent, causing colloidal particles in the water to collide, adsorb, and gradually form flocs of a certain size, with the vast majority of the flocs being retained within the sedimentation tank.
