Overview:

The TBQJ type push flow mixing aeration machine is widely used in wastewater treatment for industries such as dyeing and finishing, chemicals, petroleum, leather, pharmaceuticals, food, papermaking, and textiles, as well as for urban domestic wastewater treatment.

Operating Principle:

During operation, the rotating impeller creates a strong vacuum zone around it, drawing in air. The inhaled air is then subjected to intense shearing, crushing, and emulsifying by the high-speed rotating liquid, causing the bubble diameter to rapidly decrease. This facilitates the rapid and thorough diffusion of oxygen molecules from the gas phase to the liquid phase, achieving optimal water-gas synthesis. Simultaneously, water and gas are propelled forward by the power source, further dissolving and reaching the objectives of aeration and flow propulsion.
