Product Application Range
The QJB-W1.5 series sludge recirculation pump is a new product developed based on the submerged mixer production technology. This pump is a specialized equipment for mixing liquid recirculation and nitrification/deamination in secondary wastewater treatment plants, and it can also be used to pump purified water for ground supply and drainage, irrigation and control of waterway systems, and in locations requiring low head and high flow in the recycling or sludge suction circuits during wastewater treatment.
Product Usage Conditions
During continuous operation, the medium temperature does not exceed 40°C.
Medium pH range is 5-9.

QJB-W1.5 Sludge Recirculation Pump Structure Introduction
Specially designed component parts and equipment spares ensure optimal performance for the sludge recirculation pump.
Cable: Custom-made waterproof cable used.
Terminal Box: The terminal box is fully enclosed and isolated from the surrounding liquids and the stator box.
Motor: 50Hz squirrel-cage 3-phase submersible asynchronous motor, F-grade insulation, protection class IP68. Motor is cooled by the surrounding medium.
Shaft: The motor shaft is made of stainless steel and undergoes dynamic balancing tests for the rotor.
Sealing: Static sealing is achieved with an O-ring. Shaft sealing is mechanical, isolating the oil chamber from surrounding media.
Bearings: Imported bearings used, with a design lifespan exceeding 1000 hours.
Oil chamber: The oil is used for lubricating and cooling the mechanical seals, as well as isolating the penetrating liquid.
Impeller: The impeller features three blades, which are wide and thin with a smooth, swept-back surface. It operates efficiently with minimal resistance and has an auto-cleaning function.
Imported Conical Tubes: The purpose of imported conical tubes is to achieve an ideal flow state.
Exhaust Joint: The exhaust joint is used to securely fasten the import cone tube to the outlet pipe.
Guiding Device: The guiding device consists of two tubes (conduits) and the upper tube clamp.

Installation:
Proper installation and operation are the basic guarantees for the long-term and normal operation of the QJB-W sludge recirculation pump.
Sewage return pumps are equipped with an automatic coupling installation system, allowing for quick removal of equipment for inspection and maintenance without any mechanical disassembly.
