Structure and working process:
The TGN series污泥刮刀, as shown in Figure 1a and 2a, is composed of a crane, scraper, skimmer, driving unit, and control cabinet.
Based on the placement of the sludge and slag collection tanks at either the same end or separate ends of the sedimentation tank, the operation process of the scraper is as follows:
a. Two slots set at one end: The mud scraper and skimmer both lower - The scraper travels from the pool end (outlet) to the mud and sludge tank end, scraping and transporting sludge and floatables to the end (inlet) - The mud scraper and skimmer lift - The scraper reverses direction from the end to the starting point - Stops or starts another cycle upon reaching the starting point.
Two slots at each end: the mud scraper descends, the skimmer raises - the scraper travels from the outlet end to the mud channel end, scraping and conveying sludge to the end point - the scraper raises while the skimmer descends - the scraper changes direction and scrapes the floating debris into the float sludge tank - stops at the starting end or proceeds to another cycle.
Electrical Control:
The scraper can be achieved with random control and remote control as per the user's needs.
