The DZ-type tempering test bench is primarily used for material end quenching tests in laboratories.The test bench is developed in accordance with the technical parameters of GB/T225-2006 "End Test Method for Quenchability of Steel". It features an elegant and generous design. The entire frame is made of stainless steel plates that are bent and welded, with the water tank section independently welded and placed within the frame. It is equipped with cooling and heating functions to ensure constant water temperature. The cooling water enters the nozzle through a silent circulation pump, with high water utilization and no waste.
