The bottom loading and unloading spreader is an integrated skid-mounted unit, centered around the bottom loading crane pipe, incorporating fluid control, measurement, safety interlock, pneumatic/hydraulic drives, and other components. Designed specifically for sealed bottom loading and unloading on tank trucks, it is fully pre-fabricated, pressure-tested, and debugged at the factory. On-site, only the process pipeline, electrical, and gas sources need to be connected for operation, significantly reducing the construction period. It is the mainstream configuration for standardized loading and unloading of high-risk, volatile, and large-flow media in the petrochemical industry, large oil depots, and chemical industrial parks, and is compatible with full operating conditions for truck/train tank truck bottom loading and unloading.
Core Structure (Integrated skid-mounted design, highly integrated functional modules)
The overall structure is based on a steel frame, integrating five major modules: bottom loading/unloading core, fluid control, measurement and monitoring, safety protection, and pneumatic control. The truck-loading/unloading units differ only in the valve group and channel design; the core modules are universal, featuring a compact layout and easy maintenance.
Bottom装卸core module: Bottom loading/unloading crane arm (Car short arm version / Train long arm version), low/normal temperature dry quick couplings, heavy-duty rotating joints, spring cylinder balancer, achieving low-position 360°/180° rotation, leak-proof dry connection, which is the core of medium transportation.
Steel structure jacking base: welded I-beam jacking seat, low-position operating step, guardrail, containment locking device. Jacking sizes are customizable as required (standard length 2-5m, width 1-1.5m), and can be directly installed on the ground without the need for on-site foundation construction.
Fluid Control Module: Emergency shutdown valves, ball valves / butterfly valves, check valves (anti-backflow for loading/unloading), filters, pressure reducing valves; flow channel control suitable for loading and unloading operations, with optional pneumatic/electric/hydraulic actuators.
Flow measurement and monitoring module: Coriolis/Turbine flowmeters, temperature/pressure transmitters, batch controllers, achieving precise measurement and quantitative control of medium loading and unloading, with real-time data upload capability.
Safety Protection Module: Emergency Release Device (ERC, standard with double seal), anti-static grounding interlock, oil overflow/overpressure alarm device, flame arrester, automatically cuts off the medium upon triggering an abnormality; bidirectional sealed pipeline, leak-proof.
Pneumatic Control Modules: Pneumatic control cabinets, air source treatment components (filtering / pressure reducing / oil mist), pneumatic pipelines, and pneumatic cylinders, providing power for鹤管对接 (鹤管 connection) and valve group operation, supporting on-site/remote control.
