1).喷射内燃E型三回程全湿背烟气结构: An all-in-one condensing low NOx gas boiler, the design of this product complies with the relevant provisions of NB/T 10941-2022 "Technical Conditions for Small Boilers and Atmospheric Pressure Hot Water Boilers", TSG 91-2021 "Boiler Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technical Code", and TSG 11-2020 "Boiler Safety Technical Code". The flue gas emissions meet ultra-low NOx emissions ≤30mg/m³. It adopts an E-type shell structure with a full wet-back design. The fuel passes through an upper-side mounted burner, causing the flue gas to flow from top to bottom, while the water flow in the boiler heat exchange system is in a reverse upward direction. Due to the effect of high-speed flame causing回流and entrainment in the furnace, the flue gas undergoes cross-exchange and turns 180° into the boiler, flue gas condenser energy-saving device, and coupled multi-functional heat exchange area of water pipes. After turning 180° again into the flue gas condenser for a second reverse heat exchange of flue gas water, it effectively absorbs the sensible heat in the flue gas and the latent heat released during condensation, resulting in low exhaust gas temperature. The boiler is composed of the boiler body, base, insulation layer, steel frame, accessory instruments, flue gas condensing energy saver, and computer control system. The overall structure of the boiler body features an upper-mounted furnace pot with evenly and symmetrically arranged flue tubes at the bottom.
