Vibration aeration blowers are of the flexible diaphragm type. Each blower is composed of a high-pressure injection-molded, corrosion-resistant, high-strength nylon engineering plastic base and a long-lasting special synthetic rubber diaphragm. The lower part of the blower components features an air exhaust port that can prevent scaling, allowing for automatic cleaning between the diaphragm and base. The baffles on the base ensure even distribution of air around the perimeter. The diaphragm is designed with a true check valve function to minimize debris and liquid entering the air管道 when the airflow stops. The protrusions on the base fit with the special-shaped indentations on the diaphragm to reduce diaphragm wear from high-pressure air. All intersecting lines on the base have appropriate radii to eliminate fatigue and stress fractures under all operating loads.
