I. Product Overview:

The Disc-type Micro-porous Aerator is a novel aeration device developed in the 1980s. It features small bubble diameter, small gas-liquid interface diameter, large gas-liquid interface area, uniform bubble diffusion, no clogging of gas holes, and strong corrosion resistance. It has been tested for oxygenation of the Qinghe River wastewater by the School of Environmental Engineering at Tongji University and has been well-received by multiple users over many years (higher efficiency than the rotational aeration device, less prone to clogging than the alumina aeration device, and increases processing capacity by 40% compared to the perforated aeration device). It is particularly suitable for new and expanded urban wastewater treatment plants and the renovation of old ponds.

Section 2: Structural Features

Disk-type micro-porous aeration blowers are designed with a slightly convex arched surface, mainly made of ABS engineering plastic. The membrane of the disk aeration blower features a special imported rubber (EPDM) with anti-adhesive properties, precision-processed to ensure the quality and accuracy of the micro-porous disk membrane holes, which are cut using German imported CNC technology. The main disk of the disk aeration blower is equipped with six air supply channels during oxygen aeration, allowing the incoming air to pass through a check valve buffer and directly reach the center for a one-time, low-resistance, easy opening of the membrane. The disk aeration blower uses a threaded reverse lock mechanical assembly to ensure the membrane does not fall off. During intake, the micro-porous membrane on the air distribution surface inflates automatically, ensuring air passage. Upon stopping aeration, the variable micro-pores on the air distribution membrane are sealed, preventing blockage due to the membrane's ability to expand and contract. Additionally, a check valve device is installed on the bottom of the disk-type micro-porous aeration blower to prevent the mixed liquid from entering the air distribution branch when the pipeline system stops supplying gas, thus avoiding blockage. The air entering the disk aeration blower does not require special filtration, and intermittent aeration does not cause blockage. Significant technical improvements have been made to address common issues such as the easy blowing apart of the air distribution film, difficulty in opening the membrane, or membrane blockage in disk aeration blowers. These technological reforms eliminate the need for maintenance over the long term, making the disk aeration blower a reliable product.

Standard-type

One-way check valve, after long-term use, tends to seal with rubber, causing wastewater and sludge to backflow into the pipeline, affecting the lifespan of the fan and uneven aeration. The thread edge is thin and prone to breakage, impacting service life. The aerator connection mouth is flat, with the rubber ring protruding above the surface, making it very easy to deform and leak during installation and tightening.

Crossed check valve, after excellent modification, the valve operates freely with excellent check performance, effectively preventing sludge and wastewater backflow, less prone to clogging, and uniform aeration. The threaded edge is thickened, thereby increasing service life. The aerator mouthpiece indentation is optimized, completely encasing the rubber ring to prevent deformation and air leakage.
