Sow Performance Testing Station - Principle of Measurement
The Yangzhou Muxin Intelligent Pig Breeding System utilizes RFID passive electronic ear tags for identification, recognizing each individual pig entering the station and dynamically measuring and recording their feeding process continuously. Each testing pen in the system is equipped with a testing station, which can accommodate 12 to 15 testing pigs. When the testing boars with electronic ear tags enter the testing station to feed, the station immediately identifies the pig's ear tag number. Based on the ear tag, the station establishes a testing record for each individual. Upon the end of the feeding process, the system automatically calculates, records, and measures the time the boars enter and exit the station, as well as their feed intake. While the boars are feeding, they stand on individual weight scales, which record their weight during the feeding. According to pig habits, each testing boar enters the station to feed approximately 12 to 15 times a day, sorted by grade. The system automatically accumulates each boar's feed intake for the day and updates the database. The weight data from each individual pig, after being computer-summarized and analyzed, is used as the daily weight of the testing boars, which serves as the data basis for calculating daily weight gain and feed conversion.

System Functionality
The sow growth performance automatic measurement system can accurately determine various precise data during the growth process of sows, automatically generate various reports, and automatically plot growth performance curves. It provides index parameters for sow selection and breeding, and can also compare and select formula feed based on the precise data of actual feeding effects of feed. It has created necessary conditions for improving the breeding and production levels of pigs in our country, and promoting the industrialization and upgrading of sow breeding in our country.
