Pig Breeding Station Measurement Principle
The Yangzhou MuXin Intelligent Pig Testing System utilizes RFID radio frequency passive electronic ear tags for individual identification of pigs entering the station, and dynamically and continuously measures and records their feeding process. Each testing station in the system is equipped with a measurement station, which can accommodate 12 to 15 testing pigs. Upon the entry of testing boars with electronic ear tags into the testing station for feeding, the station immediately identifies the electronic ear tag number. Based on the ear tags, the station establishes a testing record for each individual. Upon the completion of the feeding process, the system automatically calculates and records the time of entry and exit of the testing station for the boars, as well as their feed intake. Simultaneously, the pigs stand on individual weight scales, which record their weight during the feeding. According to the pig's habits, each testing boar feeds approximately 12 to 15 times a day, sorted by grade. The system automatically accumulates the daily feed intake for each boar based on their individual feed intake during each feeding session. The daily weight of each testing boar is calculated by summarizing and analyzing the weight data recorded during each monitoring, which serves as the basis for calculating daily weight gain and feed conversion.
