Energy recovery and environmental protection equipment is widely used in various fields such as electricity, chemicals, electrical and electronic engineering, metallurgy, brewing, etc. The traditionally used flue gas absorption towers could only neutralize and purify, lacking an effective method for long-term recycling, resulting in significant energy waste. Therefore, our company has successfully developed a technology for the absorption and reuse of exhaust gases. The application of the flue gas absorption tower not only contributes to environmental protection but also saves a substantial amount of energy for enterprises, creating greater value.
Product Features
The waste gas recovery unit consists of a film-type recovery unit, a primary absorption tower, a secondary absorption tower, a vacuum pump, exhaust pipes, and control instruments.
Our equipment can be installed with automatic control components according to application requirements, such as online gas analyzers, flow sensors (for gases and liquids), solenoid valves, level controllers, pH controllers, conductivity meters, control cabinets, and accessories, thereby achieving automation in the operation and management of this system. The automatic control system can be designed for manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic control based on customer requirements.
Product Performance
The waste gas recovery unit can be applied in various industries, with different technical conditions such as the types, concentrations, and temperatures of the gases absorbed, as well as the types of products recovered by the tower. Therefore, this series of equipment should be designed and selected according to actual conditions, tailored to users for practical and cost-effective waste gas absorption towers.
Absorbent
Organic waste gases are filtered to remove solid particles, then enter the adsorption tank from top to bottom. The organic matter is collected and adsorbed by activated carbon, and concentrated. The purified air is discharged into the atmosphere from the bottom of the tank via the main fan.
Condensate Purification
To ensure the purity of condensate water and prevent organic solvents from being discharged into water bodies, compressed air is introduced into the water after separation within the separator, allowing the organic solvents to be fully released from the water. The air containing organic matter, expelled by the compressed air, is returned to the exhaust system for reabsorption. The purified condensate water is then discharged into the sewage system.
Continuous Adsorption Measures
In a continuous production facility, the adsorption system must also operate continuously. In the design of the exhaust gas purification system, the dual-tank series can be chosen for alternating and continuous use of adsorption and regeneration.
