Energy recovery and environmental protection equipment is widely used in various fields such as power, chemicals, electrical and electronic engineering, metallurgy, brewing, and so on. The traditionally used flue gas absorption towers could only neutralize and purify, but there hasn't been a better method for recycling them, leading to the waste of a significant amount of energy. Therefore, our company has successfully developed and produced a flue gas absorption tower that recycles and reuses exhaust gases. The application of the flue gas absorption tower not only contributes to environmental protection but also saves a considerable amount of energy for enterprises, creating greater value.
Product Features
The waste gas recovery system consists of a film-type recovery unit, a primary absorption tower, a secondary absorption tower, a vacuum pump, exhaust pipes, and control instruments.
Our equipment can be installed with automatic control components according to application requirements, such as online gas analyzers, flow sensors (for gases and liquids), solenoid valves, level gauges, pH controllers, conductivity meters, control cabinets, and accessories, thereby achieving the automation of the system's operation and management. The control system can be designed for manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic control based on customer specifications.
Product Performance
The waste gas recovery unit can be applied in various industries, with different technical conditions such as the types, concentrations, and temperatures of the gases absorbed, as well as the types of products recovered by the tower. Therefore, this series of equipment should be designed and selected according to actual conditions, tailored to users for practical and cost-effective waste gas absorption towers.
Absorbent
Organic waste gases are filtered to remove solid particles and then enter the吸附罐 from top to bottom. The organic matter is collected, adsorbed, and concentrated by activated carbon. The purified air is then discharged into the atmosphere through the main fan from the bottom of the tank.
Condensate Purification
To ensure the purity of condensate water and prevent the discharge of condensate from organic solvents into the water body, compressed air is introduced into the water after separation in the separator to fully release the organic solvents in the water. The air containing organic matter, exhausted by the compressed air, is returned to the waste gas system for reabsorption. The purified condensate water is then discharged into the drain.
Continuous Adsorption Measures
In a continuous production facility, the adsorption system must also operate continuously. In the design of the waste gas purification system, the twin-tank series can be chosen to allow for continuous alternating use of adsorption and regeneration.
