LX Series Spiral Conveyors

The screw conveyor is suitable for conveying bulk materials in industries such as chemicals, metallurgy, papermaking, and construction engineering, including materials like cement, coal powder, carbon black, soda ash flour, grain, and pulp. Due to its mobility and ability to continuously convey materials in horizontal, inclined, or vertical positions, it is particularly well-suited for field operations, such as concrete mixing stations and bulk material storage and transfer facilities, where its advancedness and superiority are particularly evident.

Features:
By generating a stable negative pressure through fans, the dust raised during feeding is directed and suctioned into the filtration system; after the dust is intercepted by the filter core, it is cleaned by a pulse reverse-blowing device, and the material is recycled back to the storage bin or screening equipment. Clean air meets the emission standards, with no dust leakage throughout the process and no material waste.

1. The LX series screw conveyor is a non-anchored fixed type, which consists of a drive motor, speed reducer housing, and spiral tube connected in sequence, forming an integrated unit.
2. The shaft end and spiral are connected using involute spline (or rectangular spline), which offers easy assembly and disassembly, high load-bearing capacity, and safety and reliability.
3. The conveyor housing is assembled from steel pipes connected with flanges, resulting in its overall rigidity. This allows for flexible selection of working positions and orientations, as well as easy disassembly and relocation.
4. The in and out material openings can be customized to the required tilt angle based on the work site conditions, and are designed for easy connection and fixation with other matching equipment.
5. The machine's spiral blades are made of an integral connected blade formed by rolling a disc-shaped steel strip, featuring high precision in the spiral surface, precise inner diameter and outer diameter spiral pitch dimensions, and good conveying conditions. (These requirements must be met if single-piece welding blades are used.)
