WTL Series Dust-Free Feeding Station
Overview:
The dust-free feeding station is an environmentally friendly equipment designed for the feeding process of powdery and granular materials, utilizing negative pressure dust collection and filtration technology. It is the core solution to dust pollution, achieving high efficiency, accuracy, and cleanliness in material feeding.
Operating Principle:
By generating a stable negative pressure through fans, the dust generated during feeding is directed and extracted to the filtration system; after the dust is intercepted by the filter core, it is cleaned by a pulse reverse-jet device, and the material is recycled to the storage bin or screening equipment. Clean air meets the emission standards, with no dust leakage throughout the process and no material waste.
Structural compositionParts: Feeding Platform (including sealed flip cover/soft curtain), Filtration System (filter core/bag, precision up to 0.55-10μm), Negative Pressure Fan, Control System, Sifting Equipment/Material Storage;
Auxiliary Configuration: Vibrator (prevents material caking), anti-static/blast-proof components (suited for flammable and explosive dust), food-grade/stainless steel material (meets hygiene and corrosion resistance requirements).
Features
Dust-free Environmental Protection: High dust interception efficiency, compliant with GMP, FDA, and other industry standards; safeguards the health of operators and workshop environment.
Material Recovery: Reverse air cleaning design for dust recovery and reuse, reducing material loss.
High adaptability: Available in two types – batching warehouse and integrated batching-sifting, capable of connecting with downstream equipment such as vacuum feeding machines and mixers, supporting small bag or ton bag feeding.
Easy to operate and maintain: Simple structure, filter cores can be removed and washed, equipment operation noise ≤75dB, clean with no blind spots.
Primary Application Industries:
Broadly applicable to industries such as pharmaceuticals, food (flour, milk powder), chemicals, new energy (lithium battery materials), electronics, and feed, particularly suitable for production scenarios with high requirements for cleanliness and material purity.
