VC Blender Introduction:
The VC Blending Machine is a newly developed blending equipment by our company, incorporating advanced foreign technology. It enhances blending efficiency, ensuring thorough mixing and dispersion of particles, and can achieve a micron-level uniform blending. It is widely applicable for functions such as strong mixing of slurry, liquids, and powders, spheroidization, dispersion, drying, granulation, and coating.
Principle of VC Blender:
The product is introduced through the top of the conical mixing chamber, with a feeding range of 30%-100%. The equipment features a high-speed rotating shaft driven from the top, thereby eliminating the need for sealing designs and bearings in the product area. A paddle-type mixing element is attached closely to the inner wall of the shaft. The product is brought from the bottom to the upper part of the mixing chamber through the combined action of the high-speed rotating paddle and the conical inner chamber. When the product reaches the top, it falls back to the center of the mixing chamber, creating a rapid macroscopic mixing in this manner.

Wide-ranging applications include strong mixing, dispersing, crushing, drying, granulating, and coating of materials like pastes, liquids, and ultra-fine powders.
6. Heatable; heating methods include electric, water, and oil/gas heating.
