ZDM Series Vibrating Ball Mill

Overview:
The grinding media (rods, segments, or balls) inside the mill tube undergoes intense projectile motion, high-speed rotational movement, and slow orbital movement under the high-frequency vibration of the exciter (or vibration motor). This results in strong impacts, friction, and shearing actions on the material distributed between them, achieving ultra-fine pulverization and uniform mixing of the material.

Lithium iron sulfide, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, aluminum nitride, silicon-carbon negative electrodes, sodium battery materials, magnetic materials, composite materials: carbon fiber/resin composites, metal matrix composites, high-entropy alloys.
