AXH Series Circulating Stirred Ball Mill
Overview:
The AXH series circulating ball mill is a model that combines a mixing mill with a large-capacity pre-mixing and stirring tank. It achieves rapid grinding and a narrow particle size distribution through high-speed circulation of the pump. The material, circulated rapidly, passes through the intense grinding medium layer within the ball mill chamber. This phenomenon is conducive to achieving a narrow particle size distribution, allowing smaller particles to pass through quickly, while relatively larger particles remain for a longer time, providing a preferential crushing effect on coarse particles. The circulating ball mill is commonly used for grinding materials with micron-sized particle sizes, high quality requirements, and those that are difficult to grind and disperse.
The AXH series machines can automatically switch between two mixing drums. They feature a very narrow particle size distribution after grinding, with relatively low investment in grinding media and the grinding chamber, yet capable of handling large quantities of material. The slurry can be continuously monitored, while other formula components can be added to the pre-mix drum at any time during the grinding process. More sensitive components can be added as the grinding process nears completion. Due to the short residence time of the slurry in the grinding chamber and most of the time spent in the pre-mix drum, this results in better temperature control.
