Features of various knives:

Gear-type cutters are suitable for crushing most materials and are classified as general-purpose cutters. Benefits: versatile, high yield, and uniform fineness.

Blade knives are suitable for crushing materials with high fiber content such as roots, stems, leaves, and peels. Benefits: High yield and fine fineness.

The fan blade is suitable for a wind-cooled grinder used for crushing sugar, jujube, goji, extract, and other sugary materials. Advantages: Large air volume, quick discharge, high yield, and fine fineness. Disadvantages: Prone to overheating.

The cross hammer knives are suitable for crushing harder materials such as panax notoginseng and rhizome of pueraria lobata, etc., which are blocky traditional Chinese medicinal materials.

Operating Principle:

Under high-speed operation, the moving blade disc collides and rubs against the fixed gear ring. The material is crushed through cutting and collision friction with the blades. Particle size can be adjusted by changing the screen. Choose this configuration for high yield requirements.

This configuration includes a crushing main unit, dust collector, high-pressure blower, cyclone discharge, and electrical box. Crushed materials are discharged through the outlet after cyclone separation. Dust is drawn into the dust collector by the high-pressure blower, filtered, and recycled for reuse.
