We developed the D-grade purification low-temperature ultra-fine mill after multiple trial runs within two months. The equipment consists of an industrial cold air blower, feed hopper, mill, classifier, cyclone discharge unit, exhaust air filter unit, induced draft fan, D-grade purification system, and electrical control cabinet. Standard ultra-fine mills generate a significant amount of heat during operation. To reduce the temperature inside the machine chamber and pipes, a high-power cold air blower is used, controlling the temperature range of the material during internal crushing to 10-25°C. The inlet is equipped with D-grade purification, ensuring the entire production process is carried out under D-grade clean air. Due to the material's tendency to adhere, the engineering department's technicians modified the mill chamber to ensure no residue remains inside. The addition of a Siemens variable-frequency inverter allows for adjusting the discharge fineness, with the crushing fineness controlled at 100 mesh. The equipment utilizes Siemens PLC and touch screen automation control, with the control system components being Siemens-branded (including the touch screen, PLC, expansion modules, and variable-frequency inverter), while the rest of the electrical components are from Schneider.
