The Integrity Management System is a component of the social integrity system construction and also part of the food industry enterprise management system. It encompasses the organizational structure, integrity system planning, responsibilities, conventions, procedures, processes, and resources of food industry enterprises.
Principles
Food industry enterprises shall establish, implement, maintain, and continuously improve an integrity management system in accordance with the requirements of this standard, and document the achievement of relevant requirements, the definition of integrity information, and the scope of the integrity management system. During the implementation of this system in food industry enterprises, gradually develop an integrity education mechanism, integrity factor identification mechanism, system operation mechanism, credit evaluation mechanism, self-inspection and correction improvement mechanism, and public punishment mechanism for defaulting parties.
Integrity Policy
The top management of food industry enterprises should establish an integrity policy to ensure that it meets:
a) Laws, regulations, policies, and other requirements related to integrity;
b) Meets the requirements for production, service, safety, and security in the food industry.
c) Credit Risk Prevention and Continuous Improvement
d) Provide guidance for integrity objectives and metrics.
e) Draft and implement documents;
f) Communicate to relevant parties
g) Accessible to the general public
Plan
(1) Basic Requirements: When food industry enterprises establish and implement a credibility management system, they should identify relevant laws, regulations, policies, and other requirements related to credibility factors in their production, service, safety, and security activities, and meet:
a) Timely acquisition of these requirements, ensuring effectiveness.
b) Ensure these requirements are applied to the establishment and implementation of an integrity management system.
c) Establish internal systems to ensure that integrity management is standardized, proceduralized, and institutionalized throughout the entire process, including planning, procurement, production, storage and transportation, marketing, and services.
(2) Integrity Factor - Food industry enterprises shall establish, implement, and maintain an integrity factor identification procedure. When establishing, implementing, and maintaining an integrity management system, food industry enterprises should give full consideration to the integrity factor. Integrity factors include, but are not limited to:
a) Integrity factors involved in business operations, product supply, advertising, and services, including:
Quality and safety control of raw materials for edible agricultural products and other inputs, particularly microorganisms, drug residues, heavy metals, environmental pollutants, and illegal additives.
Quality and Safety Control throughout the Production Process
Packaging and Label Management
Warehouse and logistics management;

b) Integrity factors related to new projects, including:
——New product formula and intended use;
Technical Upgrade
——Other.
c) Other Factors Affecting Integrity. The identification process for integrity factors should be documented and updated as necessary.
(3) Social Responsibility: Food industry enterprises should assume and fulfill social responsibilities in various ways, improve their credibility management system, establish a good social image, to fully meet:
a) Provide safe food;
b) Pay taxes in accordance with the law.
c) Comply with labor contracts and insurance regulations.
d) Meets environmental protection, resource conservation, and ecological balance requirements.
e) Public Safety.
Applicable in cases including but not limited to the following forms:
a) Support rural development and poverty alleviation;
b) Communicate and impact stakeholders on social responsibility.
c) Charitable assistance, public donations;
d) Cultural heritage education and other public welfare activities; food and beverage industrial enterprises shall maintain relevant records.
