I. Product Introduction

The LH-20 A-Type Automatic Polishing Machine is a dual-disc desktop model, manufactured in accordance with international standards using advanced international technology and techniques. It represents a new generation of high-precision abrasive polishing equipment with automated sample preparation processes.

This machine features an advanced microprocessor control system, enabling the speed of the polishing disc and polishing head to be infinitely adjustable, with intuitive and convenient setting for sample pressure and time. Operators can complete the grinding and polishing process simply by changing the polishing disc or metallographic sandpaper and polishing fabric. This enhances the machine's versatility. It offers features such as adjustable rotation direction of the polishing disc, quick replacement of the polishing disc, multi-sample holders, and pneumatic single-point loading; it also includes automatic abrasive distribution (optional separator). The machine is characterized by smooth operation, safety, low noise, and increased rigidity due to the cast aluminum base. It comes with a water-cooling system and abrasive jet nozzle, which can cool the sample during grinding to prevent damage to the microstructure caused by overheating and continuously wash away the abrasive particles. Paired with an ABS shell and stainless steel standard parts, it boasts an aesthetically pleasing appearance, improved corrosion and rust resistance, and ease of cleaning.

The TY-20 automatic grinding and polishing machine is suitable for the automatic preparation of metallographic specimens, including coarse grinding, fine grinding, and from coarse to fine polishing, making it an ideal sample preparation equipment for enterprises, scientific research units, and university laboratories.
