The LH-10 series intelligent automatic metallographic polishing machine is an air-operated model, featuring an 8-inch color touch screen PLC control. It is equipped with a dual-channel automatic abrasive addition system, utilizing PLC-controlled intelligent spray addition of abrasives. It automatically adjusts the grinding pressure and time, and stores the current polishing plan. It can process up to 8 sample blocks simultaneously. Optional special fixtures allow for precise polishing of blocks with specific dimensions. It can achieve precise polishing for various materials such as conventional ferrous and non-ferrous metals, alloys, ceramics, rocks, glass, electronic devices, and some new materials, meeting the fast, efficient, and precise sample preparation requirements of all levels of laboratories.
